Tongue Tied

If your child is tongue tied this means the tissue under the tongue (frenulum) extends too far to the tip of the tongue making it hard for them to stick out their tongue. This can cause difficulties with breastfeeding. It can easily be fixed with a frenectomy; a simple procedure where they cut the frenulum back.
