Avocado & Berry Power Smoothie Recipe

Add avocado to your everyday berry smoothie to give it a richer, creamier consistency. Perfect for breakfast on the go!

1/2 firm ripe avocado, peeled

5 Ingredients

– 125g (1 cup) frozen mixed berries.

325ml (1 1/2 cups) soy milk

– 2 tsp honey

 1 tbsp LSA meal

– Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Divide between 2 glasses, serve immediately.

Steps 1

Tip: LSA meal is a blend of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. You can find it in the health food section of your supermarket.
