β Preheat oven to 200Β°C. Cook the penne in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain well. βΒ
Combine the penne, chicken, mushroom sauce and spinach in a large bowl. Season. Spoon into a 10-cup (2.5L) baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. βΒ
β Bake for 20 mins or until top is golden brown and pasta mixture is heated through. Serve immediately.β
