A quick meal. Perfect for when you don't have the time to cook
Ingredients:
– 2 handfuls of crisp lettuce,
– 6-7 oyster mushrooms,
– 1 cucumber,
– 1 carrot,
– roughly a dozen shrimp,
– pulp of one mango,
– juice of one lime,
– 1 teaspoon of soy sauce,
– 1 clove of garlic,
– a pinch of chili,
– some sesame seeds,
– salt to taste.
Directions:
1. Cut the cucumber and the carrot into thin strips, and slice the oyster mushrooms. Proceed to sauté the mushrooms with chili and a sprinkle of salt.
2. Slightly oil the shrimp and sauté, drizzling with the juice from half a lime, half a clove of minced garlic, chili, and salt.
3. Concoct a mango dressing. Blend the mango pulp with chili, soy sauce, lime juice, and the remaining half of the garlic.
4. Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl, you may place the dressing in a smaller separate bowl. Finally, garnish your ensemble with sesame seeds.
