Start by bringing 4 cups of salty water to a boil in a medium-sized to large pot. This is the base for the Greek spaghetti dish.

While the water is boiling, make the sauce by putting 3 garlic cloves, basil, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil in a food processor.

Next, add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for 12 minutes. Drain the noodles and set aside.
